At Efantasy Gallery, we specialize in large stainless steel sculptures, bronze sculptures, marble sculptures, outdoor art installations, water feature sculptures, decorative art pieces, and custom-made sculpture projects. Because many of our products are oversized, heavy, fragile, handcrafted, or made to order, our shipping process may differ from standard parcel delivery.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing time depends on the product type, stock availability, customization requirements, packaging needs, and shipping method.
For in-stock items, order processing usually takes 3 to 10 business days before shipment.
For custom-made, made-to-order, or handcrafted sculptures, production and processing time may vary depending on the size, material, complexity, surface finish, and order schedule. Estimated production time will be communicated before or after order confirmation when applicable.
Please note that processing time does not include transit time.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many sculptures require production, finishing, inspection, and custom packaging before shipment.
Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time for design confirmation and approval, material sourcing and preparation, production and hand-finishing, surface treatment such as mirror polish, patina, or painting, quality inspection, protective packaging and wooden crate packing, and freight scheduling and documentation.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by material availability, production complexity, weather, holidays, freight schedules, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following regions:
United States: Available. Free shipping on all orders.
Canada: Available. Shipping cost calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large freight.
Hong Kong: Available. Shipping cost calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large freight.
Other international destinations: Please contact us for availability and a freight quote.
For remote areas, islands, or locations with limited freight access, additional charges or restrictions may apply. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you after your order is placed.
4. Free Shipping - United States
Efantasy Gallery offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
Please note:
Free shipping applies to standard freight delivery to an accessible delivery point such as curbside or driveway.
Free shipping does not include indoor placement, installation, assembly, crane service, or white-glove delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees for orders outside the U.S.
5. Shipping Methods
Depending on the size, weight, destination, and product type, orders may be shipped by one or more of the following methods:
Standard parcel shipping for small items
LTL freight or full truckload freight
Specialized oversized freight carrier
Ocean freight for international large sculptures
Air freight for international expedited delivery
White-glove or special delivery service if available and agreed in advance
Large or heavy sculptures are shipped by freight carrier or specialized logistics provider, not standard parcel courier.
6. Shipping Costs
United States: Free shipping on all orders.
Canada: Shipping cost calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large freight.
Hong Kong: Shipping cost calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large freight.
Other international destinations: Please contact us for a freight quote.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes, VAT or GST or HST, brokerage fees or customs clearance fees, storage fees, installation fees, unloading fees or liftgate service, or local delivery surcharges for remote areas.
If additional shipping costs apply to your order, we will contact you before shipment.
7. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time varies by destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier availability.
U.S. domestic freight: approximately 5 to 20 business days after shipment.
Canada freight: approximately 7 to 25 business days after shipment.
Hong Kong and Asia freight: approximately 15 to 40 business days after shipment.
International air freight: approximately 7 to 20 business days after shipment.
International ocean freight: approximately 25 to 60 business days after shipment.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, carrier delays, remote delivery areas, incorrect shipping information, holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, freight companies, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
8. Packaging
Because many of our products are fragile, heavy, or oversized, we take special care in packaging. Depending on the item, packaging may include protective wrapping and foam padding, reinforced cardboard, wooden crate or pallet packaging, and shock-resistant and waterproof materials.
Please keep all packaging materials until the product has been fully inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
9. Freight Delivery and Large Item Delivery
Large sculptures are delivered by freight carrier. Freight delivery differs from standard parcel delivery.
Depending on the carrier and destination, delivery may be made to curbside, driveway, building entrance, or loading dock.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, freight delivery does not include indoor placement or room-of-choice delivery, unpacking or removal of packaging materials, assembly or installation, moving the item upstairs or through narrow spaces, elevator handling, crane service, or forklift service.
Before placing your order, please confirm the following:
The delivery address is correct and accessible.
The road or driveway can accommodate large delivery vehicles.
The entrance, gate, doorway, or elevator is large enough for the sculpture.
Someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Proper equipment or assistance is available for unloading if required.
Additional fees may apply if the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access issues, missed appointments, incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or lack of unloading arrangements.
10. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery.
For freight or oversized shipments, we strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
If there is visible damage to the packaging, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take clear photos of the outer packaging and any damaged areas, and contact us immediately at info@efantasygallery.com.
Please do not discard the packaging until the issue has been fully reviewed and resolved.
11. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged product from multiple angles, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the inner packaging and packing materials, and a brief written description of the damage.
After reviewing the information, we may assist with a carrier claim, insurance claim, repair solution, replacement parts, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may be more difficult to process with the carrier or insurance provider. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
12. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address, unavailable recipient at time of delivery, wrong phone number or contact information, inaccessible delivery location, or failure to respond to carrier contact.
If a shipment is returned, redirected, stored, or delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any related costs including re-delivery fees, storage fees, and return freight charges.
13. Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
For international orders including Canada and Hong Kong, customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes, VAT or GST or HST, brokerage fees and customs clearance fees, storage fees during customs hold, inspection fees, and any other charges required by the destination country or region.
Customs policies vary by country. We cannot control or predict customs charges or clearance times. Delays caused by customs clearance are not considered shipping delays caused by Efantasy Gallery.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs or the carrier. The customer may be responsible for all resulting costs, including return shipping, storage fees, customs charges, and any loss of product value.
14. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist in checking with the carrier.
We cannot guarantee carrier timelines, and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and assist with an appropriate resolution according to the carrier's investigation and insurance coverage.
15. Installation and Unloading
Unless expressly stated in writing, shipping does not include installation or professional mounting, indoor placement or assembly, crane service or forklift service, electrical work or foundation work, or removal of packaging materials.
For large or heavy sculptures, customers may need to arrange professional installers, contractors, forklift service, crane service, or additional labor at their own expense.
Efantasy Gallery is not responsible for damage, injury, or additional costs caused by improper unloading, handling, installation, or placement after delivery.
16. Delivery Refusal
Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first, unless the shipment is severely damaged and refusal is recommended by the carrier.
Refusing delivery without prior authorization may result in additional return freight charges, storage fees, customs fees, or loss of eligibility for refund.
Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about your delivery before refusing it.
